The Process
From Plans to Completion
1. Plans & Project Details
Email through your plans, specifications and project requirements for review.
This allows us to assess scope and prepare an accurate and detailed quotation. If required, the project can also be discussed directly with Paul to clarify any details before pricing.
2. Quote & Approval
A formal quotation is issued based on the supplied plans and scope of works.
Once approved, the project is confirmed and scheduled into our construction program.
3. Scheduling
Your project is programmed in based on site readiness, builder timelines and project coordination requirements.
4. Site Supervision & Installation
One of our site supervisors will attend prior to commencement to confirm site readiness and review project requirements.
Internal lining works are then carried out across scheduled site visits, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency and compliance with specifications through to completion.
5. Completion & Invoicing
On completion, works are finalised to a paint-ready standard.
Invoices are issued upon completion unless otherwise agreed, with standard payment terms of 14 days.
